New Executive Appointments, Americas 1Q24

There have been many new appointments in the last few weeks, but here are just a few of them.

As for automakers, Tesla has named Teresa Gutierrez as Country Manager (Sales & Service) in Mexico, formerly the General Manager of Latam last-mile delivery service company Rappi.  With an existing supercharger network and an upcoming multi-billion-dollar giga-factory underway, Mexico is Tesla's first leap into Latin America.

Also, Grant Carter has gone on to assume the position of Senior Project Manager for Tesla’s Fleet and Business team out of San Antonio Texas.

Fisker- another US-based electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer – appointed Angel Salinas, CPAas its Chief Accounting Officer, working out of Los Angeles California.

Moreover, for Stellantis North America, Carlos Zarlenga has been appointed COO, Jason Stoicevic happointed SVP of retail sales, and Jeffrey Kommor named SVP of commercial sales. Meanwhile, Jerry Zielinskiis now Senior Manager, Fleet & Commercial Sales for Nissan Motor Corporation out of the USA.

Down south in Brazil, Arthur Carneiro Neto started his new job as aftersales commercial consultant for Volkswagen do Brasil and Evandro Maggio will be heading Toyota in the country as CEO, starting March 1st.

To wrap up the list, let’s not forget Emily Graham who is now Director of Energy & Connectivity for fleet management and mobility firm HolmanJohn Walsh who is President - as well as CCO - in the Americas for vehicle charging company EO ChargingTony Eiermann who is COO for SYCS TRUCKING COMPANY, and and Maximiliano Rendón who is Fleet Leader at Boehringer Ingelheim.
