FMT introduces a strengthened leadership lineup across the Americas to accelerate growth and deepen its impact in the fleet and mobility sector. The report highlights new business development roles and expanded leadership within the Fleet and Mobility Managers Club (FMMC).
In the Americas, Kevin Kibilds becomes Business Development Manager, leveraging his multicultural background and extensive experience in automotive, logistics, and pharmaceutical fleet operations to drive strategic partnerships across North and South America. In Brazil, Maykon Ribeiro takes on the role of Regional Business Development Manager, focusing on connecting companies and decision‑makers through content, events, and market intelligence.
The FMMC also expands its regional leadership. Jonathan Camanns will lead North America, bringing expertise in fleet strategy, safety, and supplier partnerships. Anna Pamela Mata will oversee Latin America in Spanish, drawing on her experience managing large fleets and improving efficiency and sustainability. Ivan Frota Pacheo will guide FMMC Brazil, supported by more than a decade of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain leadership.
